Registration is open!

At least one full registration will be required for each accepted paper by the time of its final upload on the Symposium paper submission web site. Uploaded papers without a corresponding full registration will not be included in the Symposium Program and Proceedings.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all symposium sessions
• Symposium materials
• Coffee breaks
• Social Dinner  

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by writing to the Symposium Secretariat by email at the address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Cancellations received within 30 days from the early registration deadline are fully refundable minus  a 50€ processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Procedure
Online registration is open on the web-based registration form: click here to register! The preferred registration fee payment method is Bank Transfer. All the necessary details are given in the online registration form.

For Credit Card payments please contact the Symposium Secretariat by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Credit Card payments will be subject to a 2% extra charge. Registration will be acknowledged by email.

Please notice that the Symposium Secretariat will not be able to accept credit-card payments on Symposium site. Only cash payments shall be possible.
